Tuduetso Madi is a PhD in Sociology candidate from Stellenbosch University. Her dissertation is focused on gender integration within the Botswana Defence Force. She was a participant in the Journal for Southern African Studies (JSAS) and the Southern African Institute for Policy and Research Early Career Writing Workshop in 2023. Her research interests are gender and the military, and peace and security.
